Qingdao HUASU Machinery Fabricate Co., Ltd is located in Jiaozhou Bay Industrial Zone of Jiaozhou in Qingdao City, and it is only 30 kilometers away from Qingdao Airport.The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with current building area of 18,000 square meters. It has very strong technical support and innovating ability. With advanced technology, new material and mature technological process, the company can produce various kinds of plastic extrusion lines. The machines have been exported to European Countries, Russia, South America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Oceania and Africa countries, etc. Qingdao HUASU Company is closely following the development of plastic machinery industry in the whole world under a spirit of deploitation and innovation. Different kinds of PE, PVC pipe extrusion lines(Ф16-Ф1200mm) win a very good reputation both in domestic and foreign markets with their high quality and amazing efficiency. As the earliest company that successfully developed and adopted horizontal structure with chain type transmission double wall corrugated pipe production line which can do pipe diameter from Ф75 to Ф200, HUASU always keep the leading position in this feild and has gained very good outstanding achievements during these years. In 2004 we introduced the Ф200-Ф500mm double wall corrugated pipe production line with horizontal structure and chain type transmission model.In 2005 we unveiled the China’s first Ф32-Ф63mm double wall corrugated pipe production line with chain type transmission. In 2006 we developed the Ф500-Ф800mm and Ф800-Ф1200mm double wall corrugated pipe production line successfully which adopted horizontal structure, shuttle type transmission, Siemens PLC control system, servo motor with belling online system and sealed water cooling etc. In the meanwhile, HUASU developed water/gas supply pipe production line that can produce pipes up to Ф1200mm and huge diameter steel band reinforced spiral pipe extrusion line that can produce pipes up to Ф3000mm. In addition, HUASU also keeps up with the world development trend and develops energy-saving environmental-friendly foaming insulated corrugated pipe line for water and heat transfer. HUASU invent and start to produce large capacity hollow container blow molding extrusion machine, main products have 200L—10000L HDPE water tank blow molding machine, HDPE road barrier blow molding machine, HDPE pallet machine etc.
